Returns Policy

• We accept returns within 15 days for any reason.

• Returned items must be in their original condition.

Refunds

• A full refund will be issued to original payment method.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
• Refunds are typically processed within two weeks of receiving the returned products at Fair Change.

How do I make a return:

In order to make a return you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, provided by Fair Change.

How do I get an RMA?

• Email us at returns@fairchangecoins.com.
• In your email, describe the items and quantities you would like to return along with the purchase date, order number, and reason for the return.
• After you receive your RMA number, please ship your package back to us at the following address:
